Company Profile:

We are a project creation and management company based on 27 years in the heritage, attractions, regeneration and development fields. We work closely with Carmichael Project Management, as Feber Carmichael, to offer an integrated service that covers all phases of the project cycle from the original idea to the finished building or exhibition. We work in the private and public sectors on both adaptation and new build projects.
A hallmark of our approach is applying creative problem solving to all stages of the project cycle. We place great emphasis on the inception stages, since research and experience tell us that whether projects succeed or fail is directly related to their inception.

Stephen set up, ran and developed ten museums and visitor attractions, including Eureka! The Children’s Museum in Halifax, York Museum Service and the Stirling Prize winning science centre, Magna in South Yorkshire. A number of these projects have involved creative direction, urban regeneration, working with listed buildings, funding, commercial activity, construction and operations.
